Antique Theresienthal Art Nouveau Painted/Enameled Tall Wine Glass Set

A fine set of six Bohemian Art Nouveau period enamelled wine glasses. They are of particularly tall form with elegant slender baluster stems. The enamel work is translucent allowing the light to show through the painting. They are unmarked which is quite usual for these items and they are likely from the Theresienthal factory. These glasses are intended for wine and such enamelled examples also work very well with champagne where the bubbles compliment the decoration. Of the six glasses there are five different designs with one being a duplicate. All in very good order with no chips or cracks. Minor wear to gilding as you would expect for the period. There are slight variances in size due to their hand made nature. A beautiful and rare set of glasses.
