MACKENZIE-CHILDS Tall Goblets NEW Set 12 CIRCUS STRIPED AWNING ROSES Water Wine

Here we have a scarce, new-old-stock-with-tags set of 12 hand-blown and -painted, full-size tall water goblets from MacKenzie-Childs' Circus line in the Striped Awning variation. These are the tallest goblets in the line.

Mint condition, each one individually made and decorated by artisans so that no two are exactly alike. This set will be sent double-boxed using a triple-wall box, fully-insured with signature required.

Each one varies slightly from these approximate measurements. A tad under 7" tall (6 7/8"). Approximate Capacity : 16 ounces full to the brim. Our photographs reveal the condition best -- please enlarge and zoom in on them, and examine them carefully.

We often add graphics such as arrows, circles, and text boxes to our photos to point out things of interest that might be hard to see, such as a price tag or maker's mark, as well as to highlight many condition flaws. All are new with no signs of use, and bright gold detailing free of tarnish.

Ten have both the MacKenzie-Childs' white paper sticker with washing instructions and the clear "Aurora, New York" sticker with black print, and two have the remains of the white paper sticker to varying degrees and the clear sticker with black print. Basically work had begun on removing the stickers from the set, and that's as far as it got before they were put away in storage. These are artisanal pieces, mouth-blown, with typical, expected, and desirable variations.

No two are exactly alike and differences between them are intended to be part of the charm and whimsy for which MacKenzie-Childs is known. We consider funky odors (cigarette smoke, mildew, etc) to be an important part of a condition report.
