Vtg Set 11 HOCK WINE GLASSES Hand Cut Crystal ROSE & ARCH Cut Stem & Foot. SUPERB heavy and hand cut crystal with stunning, luxe detailing: bevel cut arches alternate with hand cut/etched roses and arching leaves. Each glass is identical in pattern- 2 roses [on opposing sides] and 2 crisscross bevel cut arched panels [on opposing sides]. 4 total on each glass bowl. Stems have wonderful hand cut lines and dots along their surface.

Foot of glasses have alternating hand cut lines with hand cut frosted etched dots. Scoop cut thumbprints along underside of bowl. 5 5/8" high x 2.25" across tops, foot is 2.5 diameter- beautifully balanced proportions. These are classified as'Hock Wine' but they are a perfect size for a small glass of Wine, Sherry, OR a Liquor Cordial.

Excellent condition, pristine- all 11 glasses are absolutely without damage, no scratches nicks chips fleabite dings or signs of wear. As these are individually handmade, 2 of the glasses do not have the frosted cut circle dots on the foot but they do have the hand cut lines on the foot.

You can see this in photo #12, the 2 glasses on the left. MAGNIFICENTLY well made to last a lifetime! They all ring true when pinged. See all pics and use zoom. The name of the pattern has unfortunately been lost to time- I have researched extensively and cannot find the official maker/pattern name.
